Rice Salad

Serves: 6-10
Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked rice (your choice)
- 1 cup corn niblets
- 4 tomatoes, chunked
- 1 small English cucumber, chunked
- 1 (14 ounce) can black olives (pitted)
- 1 small red onion
- 1 bunch radish
- 4 green onions
Directions
- cook rice and cool.
- Chop or chunk veggies and add in to rice.
- Drizzle with your favorite oil based dressing. I like sesame for a sweet asian type taste.
