Ingredients
- 100 g sweet rice
- 50 g soft brown sugar
- 700 ml milk
- 1 pinch nutmeg
Directions
- Butter a 850ml baking dish. Addingredients, sprinkle some nutmeg or spice of choice on top.
- Bake on centre shelf for 2 hours till soft and creamy at 305°F.
