Rice Krispies Kugel

Ingredients
- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups cottage cheese (I use 1/2% fat)
- 3 -5 tablespoons onion soup mix
- fresh sliced onion rings
Directions
- Combine Rice Krispies, eggs, cheese and soup powder and pour into a greased baking dish.
- Top with onions.
- Bake about 1 hour at medium heat.
