Ingredients
- 1 (13 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup rice, cooked and cooled
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 6 ounces Jello gelatin, any flavor you like (orange is very good)
- 24 ounces small curd cottage cheese

- Mix together and chill.
