Rice (For Seafood Meals)

Directions

  1. wash rice and leave in water.
  2. heat oil, add onions and mix until slightly browned.
  3. add carrots, tomatoes and peppers and let them simmer
  4. add 4 cups water and let it boil.
  5. strain rice and add it to the pot, add the salt.
  6. cover and reduce heat to medium low, cook for 20 minutes.
  7. remove from heat and fluff with a fork.
