Rice Florentine

A nice tasty twist on boring old rice. A quick side dish to compliment any meal. This comes from the back of a minute rice box. Show more

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1  cup water
  • 10 34 ounces  condensed cream of celery soup
  • 2  cups long-grain minute rice, uncooked
  • 2  cups  baby spinach leaves

Directions

  1. Add water and soup in a medium saucepan.
  2. Stir until well blended.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in the rice and spinach leaves.
  5. Cover.
  6. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
  7. Stir gently and serve.
