Rice Crispy Cheezies

Yields: 36 crackers

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) container  of mclarens  imperial cheese (or Merkts)
  • 1  cup butter
  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 2 12 cups  Rice Krispies
  • 1  pinch cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Cream together the cheese and butter until creamy.
  2. Blend in flour. Beat well.
  3. Fold in rice crispies.
  4. Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet. Flatten with fork dipped in ice water.
  5. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
