Rice Bubble Slice

Yields: 1 slice tray

Ingredients

  • 4  cups  rice bubbles (or 3 cups rice bubbles & 1 cup cornflakes)
  • 12 cup coconut
  • 125  g butter
  • 3  tablespoons honey
  • 12 cup brown sugar

Directions

  1. Boil sugar, honey & butter for 3 minutes.
  2. In large bowl mix into other ingredients combining well.
  3. Press mixture evenly into slice tin.
  4. Cut while warm.
