Rice and Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb sharp cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 cup evaporated milk
- salt and pepper
- 3 cups rice, cooked
- 2 lbs shrimp, cooked
- 1 cup breadcrumbs, buttered
Directions
- Cut cheese in small pieces; melt over hot water. Gradually stir in milk, beating until smooth; then add seasonings. Pour half of cheese sauce into greased casserole; place half of rice over sauce, cover with shrimp and top with remaining rice.
- Pour remaining cheese sauce over all and top with crumbs; bake in 350* oven 15-20 minutes.
