Ribbon Jello Salad

A colorful Jello salad. Please feel free to use the flavor of your choice. Makes a nice potluck or picnic dish! Prep time it for setting the Jello. Show more

Yields: 1 9x13 pan

Ingredients

  • 2 (3 ounce) packages lime Jell-O gelatin
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages  lemon Jell-O gelatin
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages  cherry Jell-O
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 14 cup  chopped  nuts
  • 2  cups  whipped topping

Directions

  1. In bowl, dissolve lime Jello in 2 cups boiling water.
  2. Add 2 cups cold water.
  3. Pour into 9x13-inch pan coated with a non-stick spray.
  4. Refrigerate until almost set (about 2 hours).
  5. In a bowl, dissolve lemon Jello in 1 cup boiling water; whisk in cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Stir in pineapple and nuts.
  7. Fold in the whipped topping and spread over the lime Jello.
  8. Refrigerate until firm (about an hour).
  9. In a bowl, dissolve cherry Jello in 2 cups of boiling water.
  10. Add 2 cups of cold water and stir.
  11. Chill until thick and syrupy and, then pour over lemon Jello layer.
  12. Refrigerate until completely set (about 4 hours).
  13. Serve with whipped topping or whipped cream.
  14. Enjoy!
