Rib Marinade

Yields: 3 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard (I also use prepared)
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 cup wine vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons parsley
- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 1⁄2 cups oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Marinade meat several hours or overnight.
- Can freeze.
