Rib Eyes With Mushrooms

  1. In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Place the steaks in a large resealable plastic bag; add half of the marinade. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.
  2. Drain and discard marinade. Broil steaks 4-6 inches from the heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145°; medium, 160°; well-done, 170°).
  3. Meanwhile, place the remaining marinade in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 1 minute. Stir in the mushrooms. Serve over steaks.
