- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix flour, butter and powdered sugar thoroughly and pat into 9X9in greased baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Mix all remaining ingredients except nuts and rhubarb.
- Fold in nuts and rhubarb.
- Pour over baked crust and bake 40-45 minutes more.
