Rhubarb Squares

This recipe my sister got when in Home Economics in 9th grade many years ago. It is very sweet, yet very good! Show more

Yields: 1 "9 x 13" pan

  1. Combine 2 cups flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Cut in 1/2 cup butter.
  3. Add eggs and milk.
  4. Pat into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
  5. Cover with rhubarb and sprinkle dry gelatin on top.
  6. Mix butter, sugar and l cup of flour.
  7. Put this on top of rhubarb.
  8. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
  9. Let cool then cut into squares.
