  1. Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg.
  2. Beat into eggs.
  3. Add rhubarb.
  4. Line 9" pie plate with pastry; fill; dot with butter.
  5. Top with lattice crust.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees 50 to 60 minutes.
  7. Cool.
