Rhubarb Orange Slice Marmalade
Ready In: 25 hrs
Yields: 6 1/2 pints
Ingredients
- 5 cups rhubarb, cut finely
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 lb orange, sliced thinly
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (3 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, chopped
Directions
- Mix rhubarb with sugar.
- Let stand overnight.
- Next day cook 15 minutes.
- Add oranges.
- Add pineapple.
- Add cherries including the juice
- Cook until thick.
- Pour into hot jars.
- Seal.
