Ingredients
- 4 cups cut-up rhubarb
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
- Place rhubarb in buttered 9 x 9" pan. Combine eggs, flour and sugar. Pour over rhubarb. For Topping: Combine butter, brown sugar, flour, salt and baking powder, using a pastry blender until consistency is that of coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
