  1. In a large bowl combine sweetner and corn starch. Add rhubarb and apples (strawberries may be substituted). Toss to coat and spoon into an 8" square baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl. combine oats, brown sugar, butter, flour , and cinnamon until mixture resembles course crumbs. Sprinkle over fruit mixture.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly and fruit is tender.
  4. Serve warm or cold with ice cream or whipped topping.
