Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 artificial artificial sweetener (Slenda or Tuvia)
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 cups rhubarb, sliced thin
- 2 cups apples, sliced thin (strawberries may be substituted)
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- In a large bowl combine sweetner and corn starch. Add rhubarb and apples (strawberries may be substituted). Toss to coat and spoon into an 8" square baking dish.
- In a small bowl. combine oats, brown sugar, butter, flour , and cinnamon until mixture resembles course crumbs. Sprinkle over fruit mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly and fruit is tender.
- Serve warm or cold with ice cream or whipped topping.
