Rhonda's Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄4 cup milk or 1⁄2 cup beer
- 1⁄4 cup ketchup
- 1⁄2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped onion
- 4 tablespoons parsley
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 2 lbs lean ground chuck (90%)
- salt and pepper
optional
- 1⁄2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except meat.
- Add beef, salt and pepper.
- Top with worchestershire sauce and more pepper.
- Bake 350 1 1/2 hours. Cook to 165.
- Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
