Rhonda's Fudge Slice

Ingredients
- 250 g Marie biscuits
- 125 g butter
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
icing
- 1 1⁄2 cups icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 drops vanilla essence
- boiling water, enough to make right consistency
Directions
- Melt butter until really hot and add whisked egg mix quickly.
- Then sugar and cocoa and add crushed biscuits
- and raisins.
- Press into tin and add icing and put in fridge to set.
- When hard cut and store in container in fridge.
- Lasts few days in fridge.
