Rhea's Sunday Bread

I got this recipe from my pastor's wife. This is the recipe she made for the communion bread. Here is a tip: measure out oil first in measuring cup and then add the honey. It was slide out easier. If you don't have honey you can use sugar

• Ready In: 30 mins
• Yields: 2 loaves

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup warm water
• 3⁄4 cup milk
• 1⁄4 cup honey
• 1⁄4 cup  oil (I use canola)
• 1  egg
• 4 1⁄2 cups plain flour (amount is approximate)
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1  tablespoon  yeast

Directions

1. Mix and knead well.
2. Let rise one hour.
3. Divide and let rise again in pans.
4. Bake 15-25 minutes at 375 degrees.
