Revised Healthy Chili

Ingredients
- 14 ounces extra firm tofu
- 1 1⁄4 ounces chili seasoning mix
- 2 (14 1/2ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 (15 1/2ounce) can red kidney beans
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
Directions
- Press tofu.
- In large saucepan, crumble and cook tofu over medium heat until browned.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
