Ingredients
- 4 small whole wheat tortillas, 6 in
- 6 tablespoons thousand island dressing, South Beach Friendly
- 4 tablespoons stone ground mustard
- 8 slices lean pastrami
- 1 1⁄3 cups sauerkraut
- 4 slices reduced-fat swiss cheese
Directions
- Lay tortillas flat. Spread dressing and mustard. Top with Pastrami, sauerkraut and cheese.
- Roll up burrito style.
