Reuben Spread

Yields: 3 cups
Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) can sauerkraut, well drained
- 1⁄2 lb corned beef, chopped
- 8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 loaf pumpernickel cocktail bread, sliced
- assorted cracker (Rye Krisps are great)
Directions
- Place all ingredients except bread and crackers in a medium saucepan and heat until melted together.
- Serve warm spread on pumpermickel slices and/or crackers.
