Reuben Salad

I got this online when I was looking for a different recipe using sauerkraut. We just adore sauerkraut and use it as often as we can. This one is quite good! You can use 1 c Thousand Island dressing in place of the italian if you like it better. I do sometimes. The cook time is for cooking the eggs and the potatoes. Show more
