Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 6 slices swiss cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) can sauerkraut, heated and drained
- 1⁄3 cup thousand island dressing
Directions
- Shape ground beef into 6 patties. Grill or broil until done to your likeness.
- Top each burger with sauerkraut followed by a slice of cheese.
- Serve on rye bread slathered in Thousand Island dressing.
