Restaurant Style Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 15 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions
- To create sauce mix together vinegar, ketchup, sugar, tabasco sauce in a sauce pan until warmed through and mixed.
- To create batter for chicken mix together flour, water, cornstarch, vegetable oil, baking soda and salt in a medium sized mixing bowl.
- Cut chicken breasts into chunks and drop into batter to coat. Deep fry coated chicken at 350 degrees until golden brown.
- Serve chicken with jasmine rice and warm sauce.
