  1. In saucepan, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. In blender add remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend till smooth.
  4. Add to saucepan and cook about 5 minutes.
  5. Taste to make sure it has enough salt.
  6. If eating with chips, refrigerate until cool. If using as a sauce for tacos, serve hot.
