Ingredients
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 lb margarine, not whipped
- 1 cup flavored oil (I like garlic oil)
Directions
- Place margarine in a large mixing bowl and let stand until at room temperature.
- Add buttermilk and oil.
- Beat until light and fluffy with an electric mixer.
- Place in a plastic bowl with a cover and refrigerate.
