Rena's Whipped Cream Frosting

Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1⁄2 cup baking cocoa (such as Hershey's)
Directions
- Combine all 3 ingredients in bowl.
- Beat with electric mixer until stiff enough to spread.
- Frost and enjoy.
- This recipe can also easily be halved for a smaller cake.
