Remoulade Sauce

Yields: 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1⁄4 cup salad oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped celery
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; mix until well blended.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Good served with shrimp, crabmeat, lobster or tomatoes.
- Makes 1 1/2 cups.
