Reinecke's Rib Rub (Original Version)

Dry Rub Great for baby back ribs!

Directions

  1. Any measuring amout will do, (Tsp., Tblsp., C., etc.) as long as same for all ingredients.
  2. Old Bay, Cayenne, garlic powder, whatever you like, maybe substituted for the black pepper.
  3. Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly.
  4. Apply liberally to ribs.
  5. Wrap in plastice wrap and refigerate - minimum 1 hour up to overnight.
  6. When ready to cook, re-wrap ribs in aluminum foil and seal tightly.
  7. Cook ribs in oven or BBQ low and slow (250 degrees) for several hours until desired doneness.
  8. Make plenty and store remaining unused portion, sealed, for future use.
