Reiko's Won Tons

My mother was full blooded Japanese and she came up with this recipe. It is very delicious!! We never really measured the ingredients but I will try and do the best that I can. It is a tedious job but well worth it! I am dedicating this recipe in memory of her. God Bless you Mom...I miss you terribly. Show more

Directions

  1. Mix the first 6 ingredients in bowl.
  2. Then use a heaping teaspoon of mixture and place in the middle of a won ton wrap.
  3. Fold at opposite ends to the middle and place a drop of water to stick in place. It will be in the shape of a square. You can then flatten it a bit.
