Refried Beans

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup onion
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
- 1⁄2 cup water
- salt and pepper
Directions
- heat oil over high heat.
- add onion, reduce to medium, cook 5 min.
- add cumin and chili powder, 1 min.
- add beans and water, 5 min.
- mash with a fork.
- add salt and pepper.
