Refreshing Lime Pie

This pie is no-bake, low-fat, lower-sugar and tastes great.

Ingredients

  • 1  envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 12 cup  cold water
  • 1 (1/3ounce) package sugar-free lime gelatin
  • 12 cup boiling water
  • 3 (8 ounce) cartons  nonfat key lime pie yogurt or 3 (8 ounce) cartons  sugar-free  fat-free lemon yogurt
  • 1 12 cups  light whipped topping
  • 1  shortbread pie crust (8 inches)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute.
  2. In another bowl, dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water; stir in unflavored gelatin until dissolved.
  3. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until thickened.
  4. Stir in yogurt.
  5. Chill until partially set.
  6. Fold in whipped topping.
  7. Pour into crust.
  8. Chill until firm.
