Reese's Peanut Butter No Bake Bars

Same basic principle, just a tweak in the ingredient measurements.

  1. Combine first six ingredients, (not the chocolate chips) until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a foil lined or lightly sprayed 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in microwave. Either 50% power for a minute at a time, or 100% power for 10 seconds at a time. Do not burn chocolate. Stir in between microwave times.
  4. Pour melted chocolate over peanut butter mixture and spread evenly with spatula if needed. Tap on counter to release any air bubbles. Refrigerate at least an hour before cutting and eating.
