Reduced Fat Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Ingredients
- 6 -8 potatoes, peeled and sliced thinly
- 1 small onion, diced
- 12 ounces ham, trimmed and diced
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄8 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Combined all ingredients except the cheddar in a large bowl. Transfer to a 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 30-60 minutes until potatoes are tender.
