- 4 cups sliced apples
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3⁄4 cup Atkins baking mix
- 1 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄3 cup soft butter
Directions
- Butter baking dish.
- Place 4 cups sliced apples in buttered dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle mixture over apples.
- Bake at 350, 40 minutes.
