Redneck Chili Dog Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1⁄4 cup white vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup prepared yellow mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup chili powder
Directions
- Crumble ground beef into a Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Stir cornstartch in water and add smash ground beef thoroughly with a potato masher or fork.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 60 minuntes or until the sauce is thick.
- Serve over hotdogs in buns and top with your favorite toppings such as diced onion, shredded cheese, etc.
