Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Slowly drizzle in oil. Whisk until incorporated.
