  1. Cut sirloin steak into individual serving pieces.
  2. Marinate steak in next six ingredients for eight hours.
  3. When ready to prepare, saute mushrooms and onions in oil; set aside.
  4. Brown steak in skillet.
  5. Add Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms and onions; simmer for 1/2 hour over low heat.
  6. Remove steak, mushrooms and onions to a large casserole and cover.
  7. With remaining pan juices, prepare a gravy; pour over steak.
  8. Serve with cooked egg noodles.
