Ingredients
- 18 1⁄2 ounces red velvet cake mix
- 16 ounces container cream cheese frosting
- 16 ounces package white melting chocolate
Directions
- Prepare and bake cake mix following package directions for a 13 x 9 cake; let cool. Crumble cooled cake in a large bowl. Stir in cream cheese frosting. Roll mixture into balls the size of quarters. Freeze on a baking sheet for several hours or overnight. Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Dip balls into chocolate and place on waxed paper. Let sit until firm.
