Red Raspberry Mousse Dessert

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in raspberrier. Refrigerate until partially thickened. Fold in whipped cream.
  2. Arrange the ladyfingers with rounded side out around the sides of an ungreased 9-in. spring form pan. Carefully spoon raspberry mixture into pan.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until firm. Garnish with mint, raspberries and whipped cream if desired.
