Red Radish and Goat Cheese Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 cup diced red radish
- 1⁄4 cup finely diced onion
- 1 tablespoon soft fresh goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 2 teaspoons champagne vinegar or 2 teaspoons white wine
Directions
- In a bowl combine all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
