Ingredients
- 3 whole tomatoes, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup pecans, crushed
- 1 bunch basil, minced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup fresh roasted red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 cup aged parmesan cheese
Directions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Scoop with Tostitos or spread on bread.
