Red Pepper Jelly Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves
- 6 ounces parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces red pepper jelly
Directions
- In a food processor mix cream cheese, egg, garlic & Parmesan.
- When well blended add 2/3 of jar of jelly.
- Place a pan of water in the oven to keep cheesecake moist while baking.
- Pour mixture into a 6" spring foam pan and bake beside the water at 350F for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
- Chill for several hours.
- Remove from pan, cover with rest of the remaining jelly and serve with crackers.
