Ingredients
- 1 1⁄3 cups milk
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil
- 1 1⁄2 eggs
- 1 1⁄3 teaspoons pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1⁄3 teaspoons salt
- 1 1⁄3 cups cornmeal
- 2 2⁄3 cups bread flour
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons yeast
- 1 1⁄3 cups red bell peppers, chopped
Directions
- Bake according to manufacturer’s instructions, adding the bell pepper during the add-ins cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished.
