Red Onion Relish

Ingredients
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 red onions, diced
Directions
- In large bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil and sugar.
- Add onions and toss until well coated. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
