Red Kidney Beans Burger

Ingredients
- 450 g red kidney beans, cooked and drained
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups oats
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄4 cup oil (for frying)
Directions
- Put the Kidney Beans in a food processor and pulse them until they look roughly chopped.
- Add the diced onion and pulse again.
- Add the oats, pepper and salt and pulse again or low setting.
- Add the eggs and process until the mixture looks a bit like a rough paste.
- Divide the mixture into 12 and roll in the four making sure that they are properly covered.
- Dust off the excess flour and form into patties.
- Heat oil in frying pan make sure that the oil is hot and cook the patties in batches 2 to 3 minutes on each side until brown.
- Place on kitchen paper towels to take off excess oil.
