Ingredients
- 16 ounces kidney beans
- 8 ounces corn
- 1⁄2 avocado, chopped
- 2 sides mangoes, chopped
- 1⁄4 red onion, diced
- 1⁄2 lime, juice of
Directions
- Drain and rinse beans.
- drain corn.
- combine with chopped mangoes, avocado, and red onion.
- add squeeze of lime juice.
- Serve right away or let chill in the fridge.
